[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — urgent!! complaint - dealer/staff

This is regarding the complaint related to the rc (Registration certificate) which is not provided by yamaha bike showroom - "orion yamaha bangalore".
I have purchased the bike fzs-fi version 3.0 on 03-may-2019; it's been 7 months and still now i didn't get my bike rc. People in the showroom are not providing any information related to this and not sharing the respective dealer or manager's information as well.
After multiple follow-ups, now (On 23-dec-2019) they are asking 350 rupees for hsrp registration.
Please note, this hsrp registration for the two-wheels rule is effective from apr-2019 in karnataka as per my knowledge.
This is a miss from the showroom as i have purchased on may-2019 and i have already paid 1000 rupees for ind registration.
When i checked with rto personals they mentioned there is no charge for hsrp registrations.
Could you please help checking this issue and update me as earlier as possible.
*if the hsrp registration 350 rupees is mandatory as per the showroom then, what is the penalty they have for me to ride without rc for 7months.
Note: below is the exact dealership information and it is not present in the list.

I have already raised the complaint from the yamaha portal but still it's pending.
Please consider this as priority and help resolving it.
