I had booked yamaha fascino (White colour) through executive name arun (Mobile number-[protected]) from roshan motors. He promise that when payment made by full, the next day he will delivered the vehicle and ask to give registration fee extra and will registered the vehicle also. As per his word i made the said full amount by cash rs 68, 700/- and rs 555/- for extended warrantee on 09/09/2017 (Receipt number – 3128, 3129) to roshan motors, udiyankulangara showroom. Due to onam holiday the executive said will delivered on 12/09/2017. But he failed to delivered on said and one of his staff call me from this mobile number [protected] said that the vehicle is not available to delivery. She said will delivered when the new load comes, after 4 -5 days she again call and said vehicle will ready for delivery and ask to come roshan motors, udiyankulangara on 19/09/2017 after 4 pm, when i went to the said showroom, one of the showroom staff named aswathy said the vehicle is met with an accident on the way to registration. I request to refund the amount and i don’t want the vehicle from your showroom, at that time they given mobile number of mr roshan the owner of roshan motors, call on his number he promise to deliver the vehicle to my residence on 25/09/2017, he made his word with in 2 days vehicle is deliver by roshan itself to my residence and saying its not taken temp. Registration and it will clear with in 2 days, the very next day call from roshan mobile ([protected]) saying that today he cannot taken temp. Registration because my id proof address is not clear in photostat, ask to send through what apps. The next day he call and said temp. Registration is ok, with 2 days will do the permanent registration. Roshan promise that on 29/09/2017 registration will clear without fail. This is also a wrong commitement, due to heavy rain he cannot go for registration, and will clear it on 03/10/2017. Today morning roshan came to my resident and take my vehicle along with id proof for permanent registration, after that he is not picking the call and there is not idea about the vehicle and also roshan.
