Fully bowled over by their sweet deliberations, we instantly opted going in for purchase of a vehicle of our choice. As a token of acceptance, we had made payment an amount of rs.4, 000/- (Rupees four thousand) as advance the same day, and subsequently remitted the balance of rs.134968/- on 05/05/2017 through neft mode and took possession of the vehicle taking assurance from you on the very same day about the completion of necessary registration of the same.

For our every approach, we are met with constant reply peppered with lame excuses like "instructions are yet to come from your hq" or vague statement like "necessary work is in progress" much to our chagrin.

With the hope that we at once plunge into the exercise of registration with no further loss of time, we sign off with bemoaning.
