Bought scooty in june. Haven't got the bluebook till today. I think its the company's responsibility to see the customer satisfaction. Showroom does not try to contact the buyer. I don't think it takes 7 months to issue a bluebook.in contacting the showroom they say the court has not sent them the bluebook. Like what the hell. Yamaha keep some responsible and energetic sales person and executives. Whoever is concerned look at the matter. Do not provoke us to file a complain. Yamaha showroom. Sevoke road, siliguri.
