Yamaha Motor India — warranty issues | |||
Daer sir, i have got a yamaha rayz on from pallimukku(kollam), kerala last year.and i gave my vehicle 3 or more times for service for an issue of some battery problems, they told me that there is no stock of battery there i have to bye it from some outside shops.i brought it from a shop because i dont want to create a scene there, but the same battery issue comes after 2 weeks again i gone to the service center at palli mukku(kollam), again they told me that it is the same issue of battery, i just replaced the battery from the shop twice, again the same thing if happening in the intervels of every two weeks then the shop owner told me that it is not the problem of battery some other issue will be there.then i gone to the showroom again they told me to left my bike ther.and after 1 week they called me and told me that it is the problem of some rectifier and i have to pay some 1000rs.i think it is on warranty period then why should i pay to them.so please take the actions to solve my problem my vehicle number is (KL 02 AG-4723)yamaha rayz Was this information helpful? | |||
