I'm writing this to raise a service complaint, I have visited your service center on 14 of this month for service at that i have no complaints I take it for general service, even after the service the front wasn't working properly I conveyed same to the mechanic and team they didn't responded on that issue today my front break was completely failed and i just missed an accident. I have taken my bike directly to the service center but i haven't get any response from them they were simply like mechanic wasn't available at centre.
This behavior towards customer was not expected from yamaha.
I have visited the customer service center twice today the are not ready to do anything and behavior towards the customer was too worst, the mechanic didn't know how to talk to customer.
In the last service also because of their mistake water went into display and light was not working from then.
I have raised the same to customer service executive on toll free number but i haven't get resolution from them too.
