I have submitted my facino scooter (No-hr-26-de1709) on[protected] under accidental cover for repair, but after completed the more than month my scooter not get repair. Every time i called they give me the same excuse that we didn't have the damaged part & every time they said we repair on that day or always extend to the next date. When i called on the said date they have the same answer we didn't have the damaged part. I am tired of getting the same excuse & last few days they ignore my call by saying we just check & call you back but they didn't & when i call every time phone picked by the new person & they said the same thing i just check & call you back. This the worst experience of mine with yamaha, i dint even think of purchase any vehicle from yamaha in future Was this information helpful? | |||||
