[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Worst service ever | |||||
Dear sir, I am writing this on behalf of my friend mr. Praveen due to the worst service provided by one of you dealer : shinrai yamaha (Shinrai automobiles pvt. Ltd) maradu kochi ph.[protected] He has given his bike (Fz) for service 3 days back due to some complaints and for a full service as he wants to go for a long ride. The service executive crosschecked the bike and assured that the bike will be given us back on end of the day itself. He had a good trust in your service But the dealer proved that it's not. He faced too much delay to get his bike back. Whenever he calls they said some unwanted reasons, so we went directly to the service station on the next day. The bike was there itself where we kept yesterday, they havent even move from there. We decide to give a complaint on this thereitself and enquired about the procedures, but the information we got was to write feedback on a white paper nothing else. After seeing that great service feedback procedure we left that decision and informed them to give back the bike after servicing on the next day, then we waited until we get a call from them and that call was today afternoon. Bieng happy we both went there to collect the bike but we were shocked after seeing the bike because what they did was, they have given a waterwash only, didnt even rectified the complaints and gave us a bill of rs.2000 above (Rs.2000 for a waterwash?) We couldnt ask or talk to them anything since we have already experienced what we are gonna get.. I dont want any refund, but please give us a good service?, why you are not looking at your dealers while giving worst service to us? Whom should i contact or whom should i reach to inform this? Please give me proper answer. Or else am i gonna get the same way of help which i got from your dealer? Awaiting for your response and looking on what action you are gonna taken And please do anything to hold your goodwill on service.
