I wanted to give zero rating but no option here. Satav yamaha is the worst service centre in pune. This service centre is degrading yamaha brand. I want to highlight that yamaha should strict action against this service centre as that owner is spoiling yamaha brand and treating his customers very rudely which is not expected from yamaha. It is not about the free service or money but i didn't want to argue with the owner (Arjun satav) as he was too rude. After this incident i expect that yamaha proves him wrong that you guys take actions if something happens like that with yamaha customers.
I request all people if you are thinking to buy bike from satav yamaha it's fine but after purchasing forget about the service from them as they really don't care once you have purchased it. Initially i asked one of my friends to purchase the same bike and after purchasing he is also facing same thing. I will make sure that nobody from my friend circle or whoever i know will buy anything from satav. I purchased fz25 last year in july 2018. Since the time i purchased this bike, their service has been pathetic from the first day. Whenever i go for free servicing, manager/owner behaves very rudely. Today again i went for 2nd free service (Got late for the service due to no reminders from them) and i can't even believe that owner of any service centre can speak like this. His name is arjun satav. I told him that i didn't receive any call/message for my second free service. He started saying that we call everyone and showing me the list of customer numbers, he said it's not our responsibility. We have written in service book that when to come for next service. I accept that he has written but we can't remember the exact date as we are so busy in our work and sometimes we forget these things. He showed me msg service, call service and post card service but i didn't receive a single reminder from any of the sources. On daily basis i get the promotional messages for offers from satav yamaha but don't get a single reminder for the service. I had to record the things when he was saying these things: he said i do have thousand of customers like you and i really don't care if two customers don't come to us, i said i will file a complain online and he said that there are n number of complains nobody cares about and i am not afraid of anything. The big thing is that he doesn't listen and care of customers because he thinks he is big brand in hadapsar, pune.
