[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — wrong information & procedures provided false interpretation and bad service | |||
Hi, I purchased a fz 25 from raj yamaha from kurla all the time when purchased the bike i loved it whithin a week's time the bike i booked came with the registration and all done after a week the bike had a major accident which was bad luck that i had to which on later took the bike to the showroom and came to know that the bike is under a comprehensive insurance i was shocked that why did the representative did not do a 0 debth insurance instead a comprehensive one i was like didn't know how to respond i was in the response of that the representative made a insurance accordingly without even asking the consumer about it i thought all the new bikes comes witha zero debth insurance so why i have to bear the cost now it was hardly even 1 week passed that the bike met with the accident so i need u'll to resolve the issue regarding the bad service that is provided wherein no proper information was provided to me and want ull to resolve the issue for the repair and maintenance of the bike or else will complain higher if required...
