I am an customer of yamaha i have buy yamaha aerox 155 on 26 October. On 22 march my scooter got off and it show red engine light so i ho to rajori garden for repair first they that vehicle have technical issue they said that come tomorrow when i come next day they said that vehicle have ecu problem they said it repair in 15 days. Days have been passed but no action had been taken till now when i try to contact dealer they did not attend call not replying messages and said it takes more time and when i complaint in yamaha customer care they did not give satisfactory reply they said we can’t do this they are trying avoid me and did take action regarding my complaint and they also rejected my request for giving another vehicle for use or replace my vehicle please help me court is now only my last hope to provide me justice
