[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha Fascino 125 cc BS6-Starting problem-engine warning signal on-engine off start not working

Madam/Dear Sir,
I have bought Yamaha Fascino 125cc BS6 on 16/1/2021, the very next day onwards starting problem occured. Service person told that everything is fine. Now for the past 4 days the same problem occured along with that now engine warning signal is continuously glowing in instrument cluster and also engine automatic off and start is also not working.
Yesterday, we took the vehicle to the dealer for service in the afternoon, they have told that there is problem in petrol you have used. They have suggested to use only Indian oil petrol. Is it so?. But during delivery of vehicle they have given petrol coupon at Reliance petrol station. Then they have told that they have to drain the petrol tank, dry it and to check, for that they have asked us to come on Monday.
We request you to ask the dealer to properly diagnose vehicle for the problem and to repair. Or else ask them to take back the vehicle and to refund the money in full.
We dont have time to go to service station as when they want it.
Please look into the matter to resolve the issue by Monday (1.2.2021) itself.
