Hello team I had purchased yamaha fascino on 15-oct-2016 and 1st servicing is due on before 14-nov-2016. so i have go to kamala landmarc motor bike (pune) pvt. ltd. chinchwad showroom for my 1st servicing your executive told me, i have to change engine oil and air filter oil and my bike km is only 100 km as its mandatory, i said ok and said to your executive give existing engine oil me back. after servicing bill amount of rs. 356/- (255/- engine oil, 61/- air filter oil and of rs 40/- is labour charge) he gave me engine oil but its black colour oil. its means they have not changed engine oil to my bike, as after 100 km engine oil is not in black colour as i have not use that much. Request you to please give me my engine oil amount back. please let me know if you require any details from my side.
