It has been two times that i am having horrible response from shinrai yamaha at cochin kerala. Previous time after my periodic service on my way back the back wheel nut went of and i fell down. The service manager apologized to me and told it wont happen again. Yesterday afrer my service the tecnician forgot to put the lid on the engine oil knob and oil fell on my scooter on the way back. Due to the heat the scooter went on fumes. This is horrible. Nobody is taking any action on these incidents. Not only my life but my vehicle's lifespan is on jeopardy. I seriously urge yamaha to take action upon my compliant.

Updated by rakeshrr1991 Vehicle reg KL-30-L-4104 was given to shinrai motors located at kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala on[protected] for periodic service and was given back faulty. This is a repeated incident from this dealer. The vehicle condition is not good. Contact me on [protected]
