Writing on behalf of my brother - Balaji. He bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on 10 DEC 2021, at Yamaha Showroom(Srinivasa Motors -Mudaliarpet) in Pondicherry. There seems to be an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, Yamaha Showroom and service person were not able to figure out what is the problem. They asked for two days time, I waited for more than 2 weeks but absolutely no reply or call back for any of my calls.
Absolutely no response from any of the Srinivasa Motors -Mudaliarpet Yamaha showroom. Tired of calling and visiting the showroom.
Bike is not starting since Bluetooth is not connected(This is how it is being designed) I was keeping my new bike idle.
Waited for almost 3 months to receive my FIRST DREAM BIKE. But a situation like this makes me feel bad about the brand. Very poor customer service. Was this information helpful? |
