[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha r15m - paint falling issue after 1st service | |||
Registration Number : TN66AH8285 Bike Model : YAMAHA R15M CHASSIS NUMBER : ME1RG6729M0002110 I have left my vehicle R15 M at season motors Coimbatore for service on 18th November. Which was purchased on 19/10/2021 . It was my first service. When I went to collect my vehicle after service I found there was a complete damage in paint at front side doom which was not there when vehicle was given for service.When spoken to service center manager it was informed to us that there was very small dot when vehicle was given for service and after water wash the complete paint had gone in that area and informed that it was not their mistake. This is a brand new vehicle and we did not expect such a low quality painting from yamaha motors which lead to the issue with in a month of purchase. So we request yamaha motors and company to attend the issue immediately and replace tha damage part at your cost.we have not taken the delivery of the vehicle today due to the issue and requesting to resolve the issue at the earliest.
