Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha Rayzr 125 - quality complaints

I bought my New Yamaha Ray Sr 125 street rally military green on 31st Dec,
With in a week time my bike stopped in middle of the road and didnt start in any mode ( self or kick start)
When approached ORPI hamaha coimbatore service center ( where i buy my vehicle), they toe to thier service point and said fuse was blown tats y vehicle got stopped, but not stated what is the root cause of fuse blown.

While fixing that issue they didnt pack the front mask which fowl in the steering column and start hearing creeking sound.
It all happens in a new bike which got delivered 10 days back.

Its all because of the poor quality of yamaha vehicle and their service dealerships.
No proper validation done considering the customer satisfaction in mind.

Very pathetic situation faced with dealership and also frustrated to choose yamaha bike despite of more home grown players in indian market.

Very good lesson for me to my mistake of choosing yamaha.

Hi, I have filed my complaint to the aforesaid mail id with all relevant details mentioned above. As i didn't receive any feedback or calls from customer care (Yamaha), I have logged in the complaint in this forum.

Still my issue is not yet resolved. A new vehicle which is not even 15 days old is parked aside due to steering crank, cluster rattling issues. I got feedback from ORPI Yamaha motors Avinashi road that, post Pongal holidays they ask me to bring the vehicle to their service center.

It's not my mistake to bring to the service center 4th time within 2 weeks time of purchase of a vehicle.
i need corrective actions with a permanent fixation for all the issues which i have addressed. ORPI & Yamaha should arrange a vehicle for pickup & fix the issues & return it back.

Literally, I feel I bought a Pre-owned vehicle, not a new one.

I expect prompt action on ORPI from Yamaha's side to fix such kinds of mistakes to any customer in future...
