[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — yamaha service - chennai / fz | |||
I have fz version 2 / i have given my bike to service in jmb yamaha t nagar, chennai bcos of some noise in engine and also asked them to do general service.. They asked 5 days time for that one bcos of continuous string of vehicles. I agreed and left / but its been 13 days till now and they have not serviced till now / if calls are made they are telling irresponsible answers and the way they speaking to customers is not good. Also i visited their once and they left my bike idlely and no service is done.. Is this the way to treat customers.. The way they spoke to me is not at all acceptable / if this continues surely yamaha will suffer bcos of these guys. Was this information helpful? | |||
