[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — yamaha servicing and vague policy | |||||
Sir/m'am, After purchase of my fascino in april 2016, i am regular with all the servicing on time, my be i have gone to different service stations at different times. Last time on 22 jul 17, i got 7th bonus servicing done through vijayalaxmi, vimannagar. As the running of vehicle was very less in the last two months due to outstation duty needs, i didn't opt for oil change. As the bill was of amount nil, i was not given any printed or any kind of bill. Only there is an entry in servicing handbook without any authorised stamo or signature. After raising complaint on 16 aug 17, i got a call from yamaha on 21 sep at 1602 hrs. Yamaha representative checked records & clearly told me that there was no entry/punching of the said servicing & that would debar me of availing extra warranty. When i told the representative that she should enquire and assert to servicing dealer for this lapse and tell me a way out, strangely, i got reply that further i should deal directly with dealer in this regard. There, the dealer is persistent with his remarks that when bill amount is zero, there should be no bill. This seems perfect plan of yamaha to make customers out of warranty cycle and save considerable exchequer after fleecing customers long enough. Please explain. This is Amir kupar massar from shillong .today[protected] gave my bike for servicing but instead of getting fixed now there is a sound coming from the chain a very loud sound .. seriously it's a 1lakh bike and servicing being so pathetic.ill put this on Facebook... With a video. It s a Yamaha 250 Taking our money with pathetic service at shillong.
