[Resolved] Yamaha — ray z battery self start and kick start | |||
I have purchased a new yamaha ray z in october 2018. It was just 6 months and the bike was not starting either by self or kickstarter. When gave it for service, they inspected and told battery discharged and they charged the battery at a cost even though it is under warranty. Daily usage is 10 km's. Again the same issue occuring after a month. And they have still not identified the root cause and replaced the spares as it costs huge for them. Pick up/drop facility is also at a cost even it is under warranty. Worst service ever. Both pallikaranai and adyar branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
