Yaris Wholesale — did not get the refund

I had ordered suits catalog which costed me around 7500/- on December 3rd 2019. He later said that the stock is not available and said that he would send the refund. Since then he has been giving fake promises and hasn't returned the money. He now says that there are technical issues and he will refund the amount in 120 days. I asked him to send another catalog instead but no response.
NEVER ORDER FROM YARIS WHOLESALE. They are fraud and will only give fake promises of returning money.
They have the WhatsApp number on their website on which we cannot call. It is all fake. Never make a payment to them.
