Yaris Wholesale — refund not received

I, shiraz merchant have given order of dresses to yaris wholesale. I have transferred rs.31000/- in their bank account on 25th oct 2019. As per telephonic conversation they promised me that due to diwali, the market was closed and would reopen on 5th nov 2019. They will dispatch my order within three to four days after 5th nov 2019. On 04th nov 2019 i ordered a second lot and transferred the amount on 4th nov 2019 rs 6867/- altogether, i have transferred rs.38, 367/-
They failed to deliver both my orders till 25th nov 2019 and promised me to refund my amount rs.38, 367/- in my bank account. They gave me false promise that they will transfer money to my bank account. After that they told me that they have problem with internet banking in account with the bank. On 27th nov 2019 they told me that due to internet bank problem they will give me cheque. They gave me three cheques of rs.15000/- 10000/- and 13367/-. Two cheques of rs.15000/- and 10000/- were passed successfully on 2nd of dec 2019. They requested me to deposit last cheque of rs.13367/- on friday 6th dec 2019. Cheque was returned on monday 9th dec 2019. Returning reason was that they stopped the payment for that cheque. I contacted them on 9th dec 2019 and they promised me that they will refund through bank transfer within 2 to 3 days. They refund rs.5000/- on 21/12/2019 in my bank account. Since then, i am chasing them regarding my refund of rs 8367/- every day and they gave false promise to me that they will make payment in cash. Till today i have not received my balance refund rs 8367/-. I have waited for my refund for more than 60 days. Despite of continuous chasing they haven’t refunded my money and have just been giving false promises which is cheating with customer. Please don’t place any orders or advance payment with them because they are frauds, liars, cheaters and make false promises.
