I took keratin services for hair treatment on 4 january 2021, which accordingly last for at least 6 months but it fade away with first wash after 4 days. they use fake products on my hairs. after complaining the yashika makeovers employee paramjeet who book my service through whatsapp and call. she gave me package of 13000 for which it includes 4500 for keratin rest is for beauty services. i paid 4000 in advance on 2 January 2021. I got 1st wash on 7 th January 2021. and it faded away within 4 days. i complaint paramjeet and she offered me to rectify it anyhow i got agreed and in return when i go to their salon for rectification they maltreated me. and again they give me keratin and did not even tell me the name of the product and again in result the keratin faded away within 4 days. i complained paramjeet again and asking for refund she stops giving reply. my marriage is about to be happened in next ten days and they are mentally harassing me as every girl's dream is to look beautiful in her marriage and they just ruined my hair. I would claim for refund of 10000 for harrasment and maltreatment and torture done just done before my marriage and all the expenses are borne by yashika makeovers if i pursue action against them.
