I visited Yashika makeovers for Smoothening and to highlight my hair...
Paramjeet the reception person sent me to Mr. Sameer one of YM staff. I told this guy to do Smoothening and highlight my hair as there were offer 1 service for 1999 and 2 services for 3000/- so i opted 2 services, but that person told me to do keratin m global I agree on the same cz both have same payment of 3000/-.

After keratin Sameer come to me and said you have to pay 4500/- for services as your hair was not good and asked to give him additional 2000 do he can color my hair he was asking to pay 4500 to show on slip and asking for 2000 again I denied for the same so he has damaged my hair keratin looks so pathetic and the color which he has done having no coverage to hide my grey hair. That person should be punishable and I want my money to be refund to me ASAP.

I took keratin services for hair treatment on 4 january 2021, which accordingly last for at least 6 months but it fade away with first wash after 4 days. they use fake products on my hairs. after complaining the yashika makeovers employee paramjeet who book my service through whatsapp and call. she gave me package of 13000 for which it includes 4500 for keratin rest is for beauty services. i paid 4000 in advance on 2 January 2021.
