[Resolved] YashTel — asssured new connection within 5 to 7 days but they have not, even after 11 days

I had applied for a new connection on 17th nov 2019 with application number 43036. I have paid for 6 months charges in advance. I was assured of a connection with a max time of 5 to 7 working days. It has been 11 days as of today.
Every time i contact them i get to hear "tomorrow". Last time i mailed them i was assured on 28/11/2019 but they have failed to provide a connection.
