Complaint was given for no internet service on 17th of March but still the complaint is not resolved. No technician has come to attend the issue also the customer care WhatsApp service is running away from their responsibility by tell to talk to the local franchise. The local franchise is not at all lifting the calls or attending the problem.

        Money has been deducted but the status shows failed with no activation. Almost a day is completed but still no updates nothing. I am not sure whether I receive the money back or the internet plan will be activated.

                Every month we are facing the same issue and complaining to their service personnel but they are so least bothered in attending the complaints and responding to our complaints

                  I had taken a 6 month package last year, and not even used a single byte until April 2021. now when i try to recharge they say, i have to pay 700 Rs. Dont understand teh rationale behind it. if they wanted charge 100 Rs for non usage, keeping the account active, they shoudl have done thesame when i asked them to keep my account suspended in December. they did not do this, and now they ask me to pay. this is really cheating.

                    Dear Sir, I have subscribed to yashtel network last month for one year plan with 25mbps. Now I see that there is a new plan from yashtel with 499Rs for more mbps. Please tell me now what should we do, as this is not fair. Thank you.

                        The internet is not working. It shows red color in the router and offline in the portal. No customer service of yours is responding to the calls. Kindly help at the earliest as I am working from home. This is causing alot of problem to my work. Looking forward for a quick response!

                          The most pathetic service provider. It's been a day since I have renewed my wifi and the connection is offline. The internet goes off every now and then . The company does not respond to calls either . And there is no sort of compensation also for the days internet is cut off. Please fix the issues. Or please I highly recommend to shut down this broadband provider as to they're poor performance.

                            Yashtell internet is just not reliable, there are connection disruptions every other day and the company doesn't even feel remorse or acknowledge it. Can't with from him by relying on it, only their speed is decent but what use of there's no internet at all!!

                                MMy internet is not working for 5 days I tried to reach customer support, no answer, have raised a complain via portal as well. Working from home, it s a great inconvenience and I had to take off coz of internet issue.

                                    No Internet light in router and No Internet connection. Just installed new connection on 25th May 2021, but after switching it off the problem started. Reset done in router but still the problem persist.NO INTERNET LIGHT AND CONNECTION

                                      It's been more than a month since I'm facing internet issues. I am under 25mbps connection but speed that i'm getting is just 2-3mbps. When I checked customer care girl is telling me that due to increase in users I'm facing this problem. Why the hell do you guys accept new users when you can't provide proper service?

                                      I have mailed enough times to [protected]@yashtel.in but they are just letting me know it'll be fixed and not even taking single action to resolve it in real. I had also requested for regional Manager's mail ID since those customer care people are just fooling around.

                                      I was told that this would be resolved in sometime sooner, but i dint see any success. I have shared enough screenshots through emails.

                                      Pathetic experience! Yashtel is just worst at addressing customer problems.
