YashTel — Broadband not working - no resolution - horrible service | |||
My ID is MYS5231. I had raised a complaint by calling Customer Care on 2nd September 2015. After that, I have called a minimum of 15 times to Yashtel till date. The only response I get is: "The technician is on his way, we have forwarded him the details, he will call you in 30 mins / 1 hour." This same story is being repeated each time the call is made to them for the past 2 days. Today, customer care also had the audacity to say: "Sir, we are picking your call right" as if that in itself is a favour that they do to customers. Horrible way of dealing with customers, wonder how they keep lying through their teeth for 2 days straight to the same customer. No sense of customer service or satisfaction.
