YashTel — Broadband not working- Terrible customer service and useless staff

They do not answer to your calls at all. Even if they pick up your call which is extremely rare they say we will get back to you in 5 min and they never call back. Ever since we changed our address and the wiring is done the new place, they havent done any configs neither they are picking any calls so that we can do that ourselves. our internet is not working since then and our money is being unnecessarily wasted as they take the bill in advance. Frustrated at their service
