You guys don't care about your customers. # like you never seen. During the installation you speak nicely. But when we call to your number you don't pick or even respond. This is how you treat.
My customer id is 15821. I want immediate action. We give you hard earned money for your service not just like we have extra money, hence we are paying you. Need immediate action on my complaint. Many times i have given complaints to you # but no response. If we complaint you say contact customer support, bhut when we call ko one responds. Need immediate action you mother #

Past 15 days my internet goes down from afternoon 1pm to evening 6 pm is this a joke to you or what. Playing with customers is habituated to you ### . I am harsh words because you have crossed limits. I giving complaints on on and always when I aks there is a air issue. Ok I can also understand one two instances is fine but daily .
