[Resolved] YashTel — constant disconnection

I have been an old customer of yashtel, i run 4 pgs and have 4 internet connections.
The customer service provided by yashtel is extremely poor, the company is thriving because of the fact that there is no other service provider in mysore. Now that there is jio fiber net, this will change the monopoly in the city.

The technician that used to attend in saraswathipuram was extremely rude. They just don't care about old customers.
Please think before you get a yashtel internet connection.

Updated by Gaurav Manjunath I called your office number to inform this, I told the lady about this technician, she told she will take care of it. I told her to inform the HR team about this, she wasn't bothered about it.
She didn't even ask me the name of the technician.
But anyways the disconnection issue seems to be fixed now.
