YashTel — disconnection of data | |
My id is mys5992. The service given by yashtel is very poor. I hav been complaining about the net problem since 3 days and still they haven't lodged the complaint. Also, previously in this month itself there was an issue in the network for 5 days. They took 5 days to resolve the issue and they simply claimed to extend the net pack for 5 days but they did not. Now when we are asking them to resolve the problem they are like your data pack has been expired. You need to recharge it. They hav taken my data for 7 days. Such moneyminded people that they refuse to lodge a complaint and fix the problem before recharging. When we ask them about the procedures to cancel their yashtel data they simply try convincing us and give false hopes. Very bad cooperation.. Was this information helpful? | |
