Deat sir i ravikumar customer of yashtel my user id mys11051. I complaint about fiber disconection on 11/04/2018 at 11am. But the problem solved on 13/04/2018 at 2pm. So your service is disconnected 3days. My importent work is delayed due to disturbence service from ur side. So please extend the internet connection service from 23/04/2018 (Expiry date) to 26/04/2018. Thank u and waiting for ur solution. Was this information helpful? | |
Apr 19, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As per the above complaint i registered, the company has taken the action by approving by extending the internet service validity 23-4-18 to 26-4-18 (reason) because of the inconvenience service of the internet. the company has guaranteed by calling me ph.no 08214286999 and give assurance to solve the problem. YashTel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Since 2 weeks there was no internet for 4 days including today.so make account extend for 4 days...Mys7311
Mean while 10 mobs won't come properly it keep on fluctuating everyday.its not possible to use the network.so I think please take complaint seriously
