YashTel — Extensive delay in shifting of internet connection | |||||
Yashtel User ID - MYS5613 Shifting Application Number - 17741 This is regarding the extensive delay happening in transfer of internet connection from my old address to new address. The new address is just one lane away from the old one and there are other users in the same building who already have Yashtel connections. The company charged me Rs. 500 as shifting charges which includes cabling and configuration charges. I raised the shifting request on 19th January 2016 and I was promised that my connection will be transferred within 7 working days. But till today (9th February 2016), i.e. 21 days, even cabling work is not done. I have been continuously following up with the office staff 2-3 times daily since 30th January and everyday they keep giving false promises that it will be done by end of the day today or tomorrow. But even by the end of 21 days, it is not done. Not only this, yesterday evening (8th February 2016), the office staff forwarded my call to their manager (Mr. Nagesh) who assured me that it will be done by EOD today. I tried reaching him again and today he said that they need another 2 days to get it done. So, I decided to raise a complaint against this as I don't think it will be done even by this week end.
