[Resolved] YashTel — frequent disconnection of broadband | |||||
I have been using yashtel broadband for quite some time now, but recently, since last two weeks i have been facing lot of problem with frequent Disconnection. When contacted the local operator they have hundred of issues and doesnt seem like they can fix the issue for good at once. There was outage in connection for three days during last weekend and the same goes with this weekend since friday. The problem is not fixed yet. Now, even the local operators are not responding to my calls. What is the use if not able to use your service when required the most on weekends? Kindly look into it and take some action. Also, kindly update your customer care number in your website. With this kind of service it gives me a second thought on continuing the subscription. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My ID is MYS14740 .my plan got over on 20/9/21018.unable to renewal the plan beacause now i m n banglore .not using u r service .so when i m came back i will renew my plan
