YashTel — Harrasment | |||||
I have used Yashtel WiFi for about 2 months now.. In the first month I paid setup cost and net charges as nearly 2700.. Yet their service was of very low quality and I used to complain to them frequently. They would generally disrupt my service on weekends for reasons unknown to me. I have video as well as still image proofs of sometimes the modem not working, sometimes showing me "connected, no internet" message. In the second month I have used it quite less as I had gone home for three weeks.. And now when I have used it just for 2 days it is again having the same issues. In my area only I am the one facing this issue. I want to file a consumer court case against Yashtel seeking the damages for the harassment I have been met with . very poor service from Yashtel.
