I am constantly calling these people from august 17th and they have not set right my problem completely as of till now. One engineer/technician even made me change my router which was working perfectly. On 17th of oct i made a call and repeatedly called them as my connection had gone dead. The calls were either not received or when received, no formal complaint was registered at their end. On 20th, i received a message stating that my connection had been deactivated for not having paid. My final request to them was to disconnect their services and to relieve me from this horrible experience. These people who had not asked me to come to their office at the time of applying for the connection had the audacity to call me to their office for getting disconnected.
Think twice before going for their services.
