YashTel — Ignoring new customers in giving connection | |||
I have paid 2199 for new yashtel internet connection on DEC 5 2014. They have assured that i will get connection in a minimum of 7 and maximum of 10 working days. Its been 18 days now. I have not got any connection. Always they come up saying they have a shortage of modems. If they have that problem, why they have notified that to new customer while taking money. 1. Seeing the previous complaints in the portal we understand that this is a regular practice for them to play with the customers, service is very poor. 2. Response is very bad, they behave as if they are doing social service in Mysore. 3. If you are not capable of giving connection, why you are collecting money from customers and making a fool out of them Please take necessary action on them, as they just can't fool people in the name of cheapest broadband Was this information helpful? | |||

WOW they improved after raising compliant.They took 25 days to give the connection to me.After connection there is no internet access till now.
