YashTel — internet issue and no response from email, call or whatsapp

I have internet issue from morning 8:30 am. Where in the router the los port is displaying with red light, and wifi is not getting conncted.

I communicated to below number and email :

[protected]@yahtel.in

But they hardly see the watsapp (Even there is a single tick mark, which means neither the mobile data of provided phone number is turned on until 11 am) nor respond to my calls, no response to email.

I want this to be fixed asap as i am working for my company
