My no. Is mys-11935. I have registered a complaint on 10.6.17 with complaint no. [protected]. Many repeated requests over telephone has not set right the problem. If this is not set right by this evening, we are 14 subscribers going to surrender the connection. Please treat this as very urgenty and let some top man attend to this. I am unable to work from my home and this is posing threat tomy service. Please send some one and resolve the same forthwith
