YashTel — Irregular connection

For the past 10 days the connection is irregular. Sometimes restores and sometimes disrupts. Please do the needful as nobody receives my call. I went to the office and personally lodged a complaint and the connection was restored but for one day only, today again disconnected. Also I couldn't use the net for the past 10 days please give the extension. But first rectify the problem and restore the connection immediately.

My internet is not working from May 7th. Lodged a complaint on 7th and its not resolved yet. No one is picking the call as well.
