YashTel — Irresponsible and inaccessible customer care | |||||
Hi, I hold a yashtel broadband connection of 10 Mbps with 140GB FUP limit. My connection is at Chamarajapet, Bangalore. First of all, the very concept of customer care in yashtel is pretty much laughable. Though they have a customer care center in Mysore, which they hardly even bother to attend. And even if they delegate it to Bangalore yashtel division which I believe is present in Chamarajapet, this Chamarajapet center is one big waste center where the people either dont pick up the call at landline number or the servicemen whose mobile number i know, will most often be switched off in the day. If at all we get to speak to any of these servicemen or customer care, that is the greates bonus one can get from this irresponsible company called yashtel. It is with great displeasure that I am quoting that a customer monthly broadband bill of 1000 Rs and above is taken for granted by these unprofessionsal company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
