[Resolved] YashTel — issue not rectified, 3 days so far | |||
Yashtel is worst in customer service. I logged a complaint that internet is not working from wednesday evening. I sent the complaint in their whatsapp. Thursday they created a complaint but none followed up on it. After calling the service person directly on friday afternoon he came checked and said it was fiber issue, other team needs to get it fixed. But i didn’t have any followup calls or any short of work fixing it. I clearly stated to the person i have some work to be accomplished i need internet connectivity asap. But no progress so far. Also they are not following up on the tickets we create. Only after we follow them back, checking out if there are any ticket created already. Oct 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After the complaint here and calling to customer care and yelling at the people technicians came and resolved the fiber cable issue in 15 mins. They have extended the validity for 2 days though i was with outage for nearly 3 days YashTel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Bad service executive is told 4 days we done the connection 9 days its finished not done the connection worest service.
