Have paid the amount for the month of september via online payment through citrus on 27th august and yet the connection has been disconnected saying the payment hasn't been made. I've attached the acknowledgement message that i've received for paying rs.471 through the yashtell payment portal. I've tried calling them a lot of times since the past 3 days and have received no response from them until today when my call got connected and the guy rudely asked me to raise a complaint on the customer care. Please look into this and help me resolve the issue.
