One of the worst Service providers, I have ever seen, I took connection but I use only on weekends, From the day I took connection, I am facing lot of issues.
Recent One is Pathetic, From Past 2 weeks I am not able to use Internet, Every weekend I will call and fight with them, I am really fed with the service what they are providing. Last Sunday After I left to bang they told they have rectified the issue, I didn't check the connectivity and they have closed the ticket. This Saturday(10/31/2015) After coming, I checked the connectivity, again I am facing this issue. I observed below points,
1) Technician is very poor in resolving the issue.
2) Communication with Customers is very poor.
3) Technically they are poor
4) Not able to identify the root cause, like the server issue or Modem Issue etc
5) They are not proactive, they won't take immediate action
6) Very low number of Technicians and with low Technical skill
My suggestion is to better they should stop their Internet service rather than fooling customers by their fake promises.
