We have lodged complaint on “no internet service due to cable disconnect” and despite of calling on the customer care - no response since 16th september 2020 and we face frequent disconnection as well. We have to try calling them more than 50 times and then they f your lucky they pickup the call and don’t understand the query or issue faced by the customer. Even the whatsapp service is pathetic.
