YashTel — not giving information about recharging facilities | |||
My plan is going to expire tomorrow and since last one week, i have very slow network connection. As i have to work from home in this lockdown, i am hugely dependent on internet. From past one week i am asking the yashtel whatsapp number about how to recharge it online. They sent a link regarding this. For recharging, there must be username and password provided, i have never set any password, i messaged them asking about the same. There is no reply. I called them too, no one answers on the other end. In this crucial time, we cannot step outside and go to office for recharge. Please be more responsive online and help me in recharging my plan.
