YashTel — not working properly and not responding to given complaints | |||
Hi sir.. We are using yashtel internet in mysore.. Our id is mys3238.. From tuesday night (18th july 2017) our net is not working... We informed them wednesday but they didn't register the complaint.. Tomorrow the issue will be solved.. They are repeating same answer from 5-6days.. But problem didn't resolve.. Our patience had been lost... Every month we are facing same problem.. We are paying money and no internet connection fr 7-8days per month.. Plz check complaint box, every month same issue and our complaint will be there.. Plz plz consider and solve... Was this information helpful? | |||

This complaint is regarding the extending of wifi period as due to the network issues internet service was cut off from Aug-5 to Aug-11. As my internet service is valid till month end, requesting to extend service to compensate.
