YashTel — poor service in case of issues | |||
My id is MYS4965 taken internet connection from yashtel mysore. From Jan 2nd 2015 internet is not getting connected in sankranthi circle. They say its a cable line breakage. Its been 4days its not yet fixed. When i have called them they keep on saying tomorrow the technician will fix it. Is their technician coming from US so that they need more than 4days to reach a street in same town. When i asked if the prepaid connection will be extended for the downtime faced, they said thats not possible and have to pay eventhough if its not working. They are just collecting money in the name of internet. For new connections they take morethan 10 days For issues they wont even turn up its customers problem. Why do they worry they have already taken money in the name of prepaid internet. Was this information helpful? | |||
