[Resolved]  YashTel — recharged my account but still unable to connect to internet

On may 10 2020, my data pack was exhausted, the data remaining was 0gb.
I recharged my account online, previous to my due date on 19th may. Still, after recharging i can see data remaining as 0gb. I am unable to connect to internet. Will it be the same till due date? I messaged to whatsapp number, they didn't reply. I even called up the office, no one picked it up.
