Wanted to shift my internet broadband connection.
When installed in 21st March had inquired about the shifting charges and was informed of Rs 500.
Now wanted to shift connection, they asked for Rs 1000, while new connection charges is Rs 500 only. After having no choice i agreed and paid them 1000 online on 19th of May and provided all the necessary documents also. And was informed the process will be done in a week.
No one is replying to my concerns. I did all they want but no work or response is there. The deadline is finished. They charged me extra amount which is unethical also.

Manjunat came with his team and did the connection on the 11th day .
The person on whatsapp is very arrogant and doesnot respond well.
Also, rate hike during lockdown is immoral and not correct, rates should not been increased unnecessarily, they are looting the customers.
YashTel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Though the person on whatsapp is very arrogant. Also, yashtel should not hike charges during the lockdown, customers don't have any choice so they are playing with us.
